Lenovo failing to boot after driver installation #133

I'm seeing the following at boot on both a T470 and T480 with the latest OSD module. 1000001083

For the T480, I may have accidentally selected the Windows 11 drivers when I intended to select 10, so I'll retry in the morning. 2024-03-27-155619-Deploy-OSDCloud.log 2024-03-27-163818-Deploy-OSDCloud.log

I was successful with the T480 after picking the Windows 10 drivers, so perhaps the T470 driver pack is the problem.
