Add a sleep before invoke-webpsscript - Remove Robocopy Backup Flag #6

Need to do this for fast hardware where NICs are not initialized and communicating before Invoke-WebPSScript runs

Remove Robocopy backup flag from New-OSDCloud.usb. Getting weird Error 0 messages and this fixed it.
