Windows 11 VHD created by OSDBuilder will not start Convert-WindowsImage works #68

Hi, I tried to use OSDBuilder instead of Convert-WindowsImage to create VHDs for my Hyper-V VMs but the Windows 11 setup won't complete.

A converted VHD of the WIM File created by OSBuilder with Convert-WindowsImage works with the same VM.

Before trying to use the other module I tried to inject the AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU registry value, this does not work either.

Including the Recovery Partition fixed the issue!
