OC-235 Fixed several minor language issues #138

Fixed numerous language issues, for example;

webservices ==> web services, datatypes=>data types
response request => response (in the SOAP message documentation)
various typos, double words (e.g. request request, etc.)
etc.

In general I did not alter the semantics of the text, only in places where the text was either ambiguous or just wrong.
