Python/Pip package

I think it would be valuable for this project here to have the scripts available as a pip package, so that it can be easily integrated to software.

I am planning to use https://github.com/OSGeo/Cat-Interop/blob/master/link_types.py in pycsw to resolve link types and a pip package would really help

Will do. I'll move the Python implementation to https://github.com/geopython/geolinks and leave this repo as the working area for link type defs.

@kalxas FYI geolinks package moved/created in https://github.com/geopython/geolinks and available on PyPI via easy_install or pip.
