the uri field value should be http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/namespaces/thredds/InvCatalog/v1.0 as per namespace in http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/schemas/thredds/InvCatalog.1.0.7.xsd
the owner field value could be Unidata
the registrant field value should be @kwilcox
