Add wordmark #36

Re #33, to set up an OSGeo project page, we'll need a logo. This one is (obviously) a pretty basic wordmark. I'm more than happy to use anything else, but either way we do need something as a placeholder so I can complete the last step of the community project submission.

I think this is fine. If someone comes up with a more fancy version later it can always be replaced. Thanks for doing this!
