Missing documentation #58

Actually we forgot to write that part. In part because the project has to be built from the source at this time, we do not yet have a binary release. A possibility would be to use a wiki page on https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ-JNI/wiki for the installation guide. Or does anyone has another proposal?

Created a Wiki page at https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ-JNI/wiki/Install

Using wiki should make easy to edit it until we have a more convenient installation process.
