naptrans2018.gtx has alternative grid - nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif which is missing from ProjData cdn #113

PROJ version: 9.3 The following WKT has the grid shift: naptrans2018.gtx. The WKT failed to load because its alternative grid nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif doesn't exist in ProjData cdn. Is alternative grids ,in the proj.db, should be included in the ProjData ?

Cf https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ-data/commit/1171740b1b68c00a791446cd4c517579a3836374 . You could likely get nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif back from the proj-data-1.9 archive. @Jochem-L FYI apparently https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ-data/pull/80 breaks legacy workflows

There is still an entry in grid_alternatives.sql that uses that tiff file: ('NOT-YET-IN-GRID-TRANSFORMATION-naptrans2018.gtx','nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif','naptrans2018.gtx','GTiff','geoid_like',0,NULL,'https://cdn.proj.org/nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif',1,1,NULL), Should it be removed or replaced, as nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif is not anymore in cdn?

it should be removed if we don't provide nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif anymore

The nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.gtx file was a legacy grid that is only needed for PROJ 4.x.x. Since PROJ 4.x.x doesn't support .tif files, it makes no sense to provide the .tif version.
