Add the Spanish Geoid EGM08-REDNAP-Canarias for EPSG:4080 (REGCAN95) - EPSG:9397 (Gran Canaria height), and all the other Canary islands (each one has a vertical CRS, recently added to EPSG db). Metadata has only one of them.
Correspondent PR in PROJ will be done afterwards.
