Currently we have a principled discussion about licensing on BKG, and nobody wants to make a decision before the end of this discussion. The EPSG dataset points to your website as the source for those transformations. I could find the related grids navigating from the links starting at http://crs.bkg.bund.de/crseu/crs/eu-national.php , but I could not find any mention of the licensing for those .asc files. I'd appreciate if you could indicate it to me.
