error installing insighttoolkit --without-opencv@2 #1269

Describe the bug

tried to install osgeo-insighttoolkit with brew install osgeo-insighttoolkit --without-opencv@2 failed for me at about 45% completion.

Expected behavior

the build has failed three times for me and i'm not sure why. (the "outdated" xcode really can't be the culprit here, right?) i'd like to

I grudgingly upgraded from OS 10.13.6 to 10.14.6 and updated CLT, to make brew STFU about outdated xcode, etc. Then, I repeated the build attempt using all new tools, and the same behavior as before, so I know the outdated xcode and CLT were not to blame.

Here's the full brew gist-logs osgeo-insighttoolkit of most recent attempt. I'd appreciate any insight (LOL) so I can get this and qgis back up.

PS, I notice there's some differences in notation with brewsci/science version of insighttoolkit formula, but I'm not skilled in Ruby to make sense of them.
