Please answers the following

I've...

Describe the bug

Error: Could not get runtime dependencies from /usr/local/Homebrew/Library/Taps/osgeo/homebrew-osgeo4mac/Formula/osgeo-ossim.rb!
Error: osgeo-openscenegraph: Calling depends_on :x11 is disabled! Use depends_on specific X11 formula(e) instead.
Please report this issue to the osgeo/osgeo4mac tap (not Homebrew/brew or Homebrew/core), or even better, submit a PR to fix it:
  /usr/local/Homebrew/Library/Taps/osgeo/homebrew-osgeo4mac/Formula/osgeo-openscenegraph.rb:87

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

brew install python@3.9

Expected behavior

NO error

Additional context

brew doctor output:

Warning: Unexpected method 'gpg' called on Cask gpgtools.
Follow the instructions here:
  https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask#reporting-bugs
Please note that these warnings are just used to help the Homebrew maintainers
with debugging if you file an issue. If everything you use Homebrew for is
working fine: please don't worry or file an issue; just ignore this. Thanks!

Warning: Some installed kegs have no formulae!
This means they were either deleted or installed with brew diy.
You should find replacements for the following formulae:
  python@2
  pygtk
  qt-4
  cryptopp
  qjson-qt4
  scapy
  dirmngr
  osgeo-sip
  mongodb
  qwt60
  gdal-20
  osgeo-pyqt
  qwt-qt4
  pillow
  qwtpolar-qt4
  qca-qt4
  gpg-agent
  libiomp
  sip-qt4
  sip-qt4
  sip-qt4
  matplotlib-basemap
  pygobject
  osgeo-qgis-res

Warning: Some installed formulae are deprecated or disabled.
You should find replacements for the following formulae:
  ext4fuse
  liblwgeom
  lua@5.1
  opencv@2
  pandoc-citeproc

Warning: You have the following deprecated, official taps tapped:
  Homebrew/homebrew-science
  Homebrew/homebrew-versions
  Homebrew/homebrew-python
Untap them with brew untap.

Warning: "config" scripts exist outside your system or Homebrew directories.
./configure scripts often look for *-config scripts to determine if
software packages are installed, and which additional flags to use when
compiling and linking.

Having additional scripts in your path can confuse software installed via
Homebrew if the config script overrides a system or Homebrew-provided
script of the same name. We found the following "config" scripts:
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/icu-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/geos-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/freetype-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/kea-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/libpng16-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/python3.7-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/libpng-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/xml2-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/python3.7m-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/gdal-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/python3-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/curl-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/ncursesw6-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/pcre-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/dap-config
  /Users/.../anaconda3/bin/nc-config

Warning: You have unlinked kegs in your Cellar.
Leaving kegs unlinked can lead to build-trouble and cause formulae that depend on
those kegs to fail to run properly once built. Run brew link on these:
  osgeo-insighttoolkit
  proj
  osgeo-vtk
  postgresql
  python@2
  ghostscript
  osgeo-matplotlib
  qt
  numpy
  gdal-20
  osgeo-pyqt
  qca-qt4
  netcdf
  inetutils
  sip
  kubernetes-cli
  osgeo-orfeo
  numpy@1.16
