Presumably we will do appveyor in the near future too.

I considered this, but stopped for now as with the gdalbarn branh, this will require building PROJ master as well. I managed to do that in the appveyor of GDAL gdalbarn branch though (but GDAL build doesn't use cmake to detect PROJ)
