IIUC the "X style license" terms, as given with @warmerdam copyright, are those of the MIT License. This PR makes it obvious, to help package maintainers. Disclaimer: IANAL.

This time I missed to first check Debian's tracker. There is a little bit more than covered by the current LICENSE file: https://tracker.debian.org/media/packages/libg/libgeotiff/copyright-1.7.0-2
