had to update to command to make it work #78

Dear Sir/Madam at OSGeo, Had to put the .. at the end of the command on line 44 of README.md, to make the instructions work (on Ubuntu 20 LTS) otherwise I get an error like:

CMake Error: The source directory "/home/me/GitHub/libgeotiff/libgeotiff/libgeotiff-1.7.1/build_cmake/DCMAKE_C_FLAGS=-Wall -Wextra -Werror" does not exist.
