Tiles server performance for map viewer #105

Because of poor performance of the tiles server the map viewer won't show a complete map.

If you think it's a good idea, you can use any of the available CARTO styles including the new Voyager.

@jsanz, we have an osgeo specific style that @petersongis setup, but no tile source to run it against for now. It should be able to be ported to run against carto tiles. Lets check with Gretchen about that?

Not sure what do you mean by a "tile source" but yeah, happy to discuss
