Events handling Ideas #126

I am looking around on wordpress features/plugins

There are this interesting ones about events:

This looks interesting for having an events calendar, for example, the FOSS4G events could be listed on the calendar. https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

This is a more complicated one about events, kind of a full administration for an event https://wordpress.org/plugins/events-manager/#description

Maybe something of the kind can be added in some future.

I also wondered if there was an events map, so we could see where events were being planned.

@cvvergara can break this issue up into a series of concrete "enhancement" requests? Even if it is just planning for the future.
