Confirm choose-a-project is listing correct content

Follow on to #88 to confirm each choose-a-project page has the expected content:

Note Technology > Portal was empty, GeoMOOSE community assumed portal was useless and listed themselves as a service. In discussions to fix.

Okay - we have progress. As per #19 we have dropped the tag system and have one property that controls exactly what pages a project wishes to be listed on. We now have a content run to go through all the proejcts and see them listed somewhere.
