local chapter page shows Who's involved and a link to view all . Problem: view all shows less users

Workflow

step 1: https://www.osgeo.org/local-chapters/fossgis-e-v/ shows > 10 member at Who is involved
step 2: click view all -> shows only one person -> https://www.osgeo.org/community/members/?lc=fossgis-e-v

For Projects it seams to work fine:

tested with Mapbender https://www.osgeo.org/projects/mapbender/

In the Spanish Chapter it is also extreme: only Jorge appears as member:
