based on provided EPS file:

added branding triangles and logo
used a large intial margin and wrapping around branding element for recipet address positioning
set up styles to use our fonts
added the two key colors to a custom palette
added small logo and triangle to header for subsequent pages

@cvvergara are you able to confirm the template works for you as requested? Added you to this repo so you could mark the PR as accepted when you are ready...

One thing that is hard to get right is the table the top of the first page, used to old address, subject and date. I think we may be able to handle these sections using tables, and flowing around the branding graphics.

Thanks @nbozon revised based on your feedback, see #193.

Was unable to provide much more space due to the graphic design layout - but the columns can be moved. Let's keep this in mind going forward before moving the date.

The table for the metadata seems to work better when used as a document template (see the incubation committee doc template)
