Update osgeo one-page with 2023 sponsors

This is keeping with sponsorship perks

The is being updated for foss4gna so both a4 and letter are provided.

I simplified some text to fit everything on the smaller letter size.

The sponsor "logos" are just what I could find on the internet and osgeo website and begging on social media. If more higher quality SVG show up time this PR can be updated.

Aside: You need to install the fonts included in this repository in order to preview the SVG files with any confidence at all! Reviewers are encouraged to check the PDF files.

The logos are placed after the intro since it mentions "sponsors" and the background is white (and bitmap based sponsor logos are on a white background).

@cvvergara I have prepared this for foss4gna printing

I have updated the PR to use full logo, rather than trying to source the smaller "logomark" for each organization. Since these are used in a context where may will not recognize the symbol on its own it is good to use the full logo which includes the company name.

All of the sponsors have reported in, one even had a banding update so it is good we checked.
