OpenLayers information sheet: Add A4 format and German version #90

This PR suggests to add the following two variants of the OpenLayers information sheet

I am not 100% sure if we want the language specific variants be in the main repo, but maybe @astroidex can weigh in here as well. I am happy to update this PR if needed.

Some notes:

I hope you like my changes, and thanks for the input you provided. If you have more feedback to the current version, just drop it here. If you are fast enough, I will update once again (In case that is needed)

I am going to use this as an example for discussing folder structure with the marketing list:

I do not know if this is a good idea; it is more work but it may result in an easier time directing people to a folder of suitable materials they can just grab and print.
