Fixing horizontal resolution of New Zealand .gtx grids #103

The New Zealand grids .gtx grids were converted from source files for which the numerical precision of the grid spacing was insufficient (about 6dp). This is fixed in these files to ensure the correct location of points

@ccrook If our discussions on that still hold, the impact of this imprecision wouldn't have practical consequences, right ? Could you perhaps slightly amend the commit message to reflect the exact severity of the issue ?
