Remove executable bit from gsb files. #6

None of the files in the proj-datumgrid repository need to be executed.

Oh, I didn't think of checking that. Changing binary files makes a copy in git, right?

I expect it to just be metadata associated with the binary objects, but I'm not intimately familiar with git internals to give an authoritative answer.

It seems to be associated as metadata. That's nice. Usually when you change binary files git keeps track of it as a new file in addition to the old. I prefer to avoid that if possible.
