Make dbfcat usable #122

Changes:

Avoid uninitialized memory in message
Fix date and logical fields
Fix 160 character limit for passed file names

Breaking changes:

Pass file names as is (i.e., no more magic with file extension)
Ignore deleted records
Print error messages to stderr
