This adds the analysis processing as a workflow. It should only run on the main branch or any branch name that starts with analysis/. This means it will generate the plots automatically. To get all the algorithms I merged in Ivan's pull request. So merge his first and then mine.
I don't think this will cause any problems down the line, but it does take 2+ hours to run the figure generation. You can disable the workflow in the github UI though, so I think it's fairly low risk.
