This patch is many fold
Preserve David's work in a branch deivit_poc_stackbuild_and_xml_merge
Set test coverage limit to 100%
Fixed Makefile Invalid man page reference
Added stash --list command
Use stash image name as stash tag name
Fixed stash config setup Missing set_config() on OCI object
Added stackbuild command Allow to build/rebuild image based on a container stash
Changes on the stash command were needed to let stackbuild work well together with the stash
