1 year ago There is a known problem with the IGN web services on older Android platforms. Could your problem come from that? Otherwise, there is no known issues as of today.

Impossible to get the IGN data on Osmand. Neither by opening the sdlitedb files with osmand, neither by manually adding an url (e.g https://wxs.ign.fr/ortho/geoportail/wmts?SERVICE=WMTS&REQUEST=GetTile&VERSION=1.0.0&LAYER=ORTHOIMAGERY.ORTHOPHOTOS.BDORTHO&STYLE=normal&TILEMATRIXSET=PM&TILEMATRIX={0}&TILEROW={2}&TILECOL={1}&FORMAT=image/jpeg).
