change leaflet zoomDelta (step size) from 2 to 1 #8

currently using the scroll wheel makes the map zoom by increments of 2, so from 19 to 17 to 19. Using the +/- buttons zooms in a step size of 1.

possibly in conjunction with a modifier key like ctrl or shift?
