We need to setup a workflow for copying the static and dynamic (htmls) to the backend server.

[x] Change /osmcha-frontend/ url in package.json to / for production
[x] change all the links to / for production
[x] handle the case when .com/:id comes and convert it to .com/changeset/:id
[x] make osmcha backend for this. cc @batpad

@batpad @willemarcel it would be great if the server could force https as the app breaks on http.

The deployment work was laid down. Will add docs for it post release
