Generic name detection/report #64

Find features that have a generic name or part of name. Will probably need some sort of heuristics. Likely need to filter known stuff like PPI and such. Can probably use https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim/Special_Phrases/LV and EN/RU versions.
