  3. Fix it.

hospitals_polys_2

Tools to use:

Tags to use on hospital grounds:

name=*
amenity=hospital
healthcare=hospital

The buildings are to be tagged as:

building=hospital
building:levels=*

The old amenity=hospital tag is still valid, and widely used. Recently, more specific tags has been accepted for use: healthcare=hospital

@rally, fix all hospitals and report progress here.

Observations and editing done:

A lot of named and unnamed building=hospital (without amenity=hospital tag) are inside Zamboanga City Med Center hospital complex (Zamboanga City). This hospital complex has its amenity=hospital tag on the a 'relation'

There's this node 'Philippine Blood Center' (building=hospital; no amenity=hospital), is not a hospital nor a clinic, but is a health facility inside a amenity=hospital polygon: Fabella Memorial Hospital Annex (Quezon City). I just added amenity=clinic to said node, but removed the building=hospital tag. There are 2 adjacent hospital buildings, but I don't which houses this health facility, so I left it outside the building polygons (until it can be verified via local knowledge.)

Not sure if Manila Central University Hospital (MCU) building is a real hospital (too small). There is an adjacent building where a node MCU Emergency Room is placed. But it it needs ground check if the whole building is a hospital or part of MCU Hospital.

Our Lady of the Pilar Medical Center (hospital building) is already inside a hospital compound. Removed the name tag and transferred to hospital ground (amenity=hospital)

Ilocos Sur Cooperative Medical Mission Group Hospital has many irregular buildings. It's hard to guess which belongs to the hospital compound (if there's such a compound). The hospital node was retained (amenity=hospital; building tag removed)

All other nodes that are in low-res images with building=hospital are presumed a 1-building hospital, thus add amenity=hospital, until a high-res image appears

What do you write on "Milestone"?

Can we make this a maproulette challenge?
