Editor breaking routability by splitting roads and adding 'barrier=gate' on ways #53

I just noticed this Grab PH editor who's been splitting roads and then adding barrier=gate on ways, resulting in un-navigable road segments.

I left comments on some of the affected changesets, and awaiting feedback or rectification by mapper, but I'll be correcting those edits directly, as soon as I encounter them in the course of my mapping.

This could have been easily avoided by better on-boarding for the mapping team.

These edits has been discussed with the concerned contributor earlier today, and hopefully they'll get them fixed ASAP.

Fixed. Two weeks is too long to leave this as it is.
