Identify best way to run services initiating echodataflow deployments

echodataflow requires running several "services" to initiate the process and be able to manage deployments from Cloud UI. It requires running:

• main.py
• file_downloader.py
• file_monitor.py

Investigate best way to run those:

• during testing: if we start them manually, we need an easy way to stop the processes, keep track of pid's.
• during deployment:
  • Ubuntu: set up as .service files
  • MacOS:
    • set up as plist files which are stored in /Library/LaunchAgents
    • one may be able to use launchctl start and launchctl stop to start and stop while debugging
    • set up through Automator.app
    • Library -> Run Shell Script -> bash script with 3 commands running
