Fix Output Directory Name

Address the issue with the output directory name as specified in Github issue #31 and #30.

Added a new group option with a default setting of True.

Behavior:

• True: Includes outputs from echoflow_open_raw grouped based on specified transect information.
• False: Keeps the outputs ungrouped, placing all raw files in a single folder named echoflow_open_raw.

Note: Caution is required when processing flows like combined_echodata in different runs. To ensure accurate processing, it is essential to pass the metadata located in the output folder to the second run (whether combining or performing target strength operations). This ensures that the location and metadata of each item are correctly propagated.
