This PR addresses issue #60 by removing outdated folders and notebooks that could potentially confuse new users. The config/logging_config.yaml has been retained as it continues to serve as a valuable reference for setting up logging.
Changes Made:
Removed the outdated jupyterbook folder.
Removed unnecessary notebooks within the notebooks folder.
Retained logging_config.yaml due to its ongoing utility.
