Would you be interested in adding a feature that would allow people to opt-out of being pinged? For example, cases in which a maintainer has already been assigned to "review" a PR or has notifications on for PR activity.

For example, with the configuration ownerNoPings: '["@hyperupcall"]', it may look like this:

I have already implemented it here, I think it would be useful to have this upstream.
