Output OrbFit files #248

The occultation team use http://adams.dm.unipi.it/orbfit/ to provide greater precision in the residuals than B&K tends to. Provide OrbFit output files (equivalent of abg files) to their requirements as a data product.

Wes said he doesn't need us to provide this, can be done as needed by them.
