Apply OG Tags to Template Sites

Resolve #85

Some of the images in /images folder are not compatible to be an OG image for Twitter. So, I resized them and just hosted them online using Postimages.

The OG Tags should look like these:

Ohhhhh, I see 😅.

Just an update sir @jofftiquez, I have tested all of the routes (root and template sites, 9 routes in total), and the OG tags seem to be visible now on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
