Some change to upstream's tools/licenses/licenses.py script (probably this one) resulted in a lot of new licenses being returned. 270 licenses were added to and 3 deleted from LIC_FILES_CHKSUM. I'm not sure it's worth spending the time documenting all these new licenses in the commit message as we usually do, any suggestions for how to best handle this? @rakuco

Wow, 270 is... quite a lot. I agree it's infeasible to check each and every one; I think it's a good idea to link to one or more CLs that introduced the behavior change and mention this massive addition to the list in the commit message.
