This pull request bootstraps our design system with shadcn.

Since we're using Next.js 15 (I faced a new error that was resolved in a PR, here but otherwise, everything is good to go.

This PR also contains the ability to sign in with Google, but you'll need my environment variables for that. (Message me on Discord!)
