Fixed the Scan CSS/HTML #7

I made changes to the names of the civilian ships, updated the key to make it more Abby appropriate, and I fixed the display of the Scan and Fire buttons

NIce job fixing the names of the "Clipper" and "Dinghy" ship, and making a more descriptive name for the Ship tile color CSS class.
