Fixed the code #25

Reorganized battleship placement into BattleshipPlacer class
Fixed UserFire class
Fixed ComputerFire class
Created Utility class for functions that can be used across multiple classes.
Created Computer AI class that control the AI of the program.
Fixed javascript so the orientation of the ships is displayed correctly.
Fixed javascript so the user fire at computer board instead of user's own board.

Damn, I wasn't expecting such a big change for our program so soon. It all looks pretty good. In the future, when you make local commits you can type: 'git commit -m "[Your message here.]" This will make easier to see which commits did what.
