The "network" search directive takes forever to resolve... #1046

...even when searching records in a very small IP range. To have it resolve in a reasonable amount of time, you MUST supply an additional filter criteria. This directive should probably either require additional criteria, or just be removed altogether.

Come to think of it, this issue might apply to all directives.
