User can delete ctnr without confirmation #1048

If you look at a range detail page, the list of ctnrs has magic delete buttons next to them instead of remove buttons. This will actually delete the entire container without prompting to confirm with the user. This is extremely dangerous and there shouldn't be any delete container buttons in any ctnr lists under workgroups, ranges, users, or domains. All ctnr delete buttons should have a STERN warning about what they're about to do.

as per IRC, don't tack on the new remove buttons, just remove the dangerous stuff
