Remove solar meters default timeframe override

Problem

• At one time the tesla solar meters were receiving data in 15 minutes. However, we now use iframes for the tesla meters, and the remaining OSU Operations and SEC solar panels only display data for once a day, so the "1 hour" override is not needed / bad UX

• default for solar data as 1 hour, it is generally good to change this to 1 day
