"with the addition of 54 more turbines (Clyde Extension) to Clyde Wind Farm, we still operate across 3 BMUs (North, Central & South) 28 of the Extension turbines are connected to North BMU and the other 26 to Central BMU" - from conversation with an SSE employee. The turbines included in the extension are all 3.2 MW.
They are now grouped under the bmu root CLDW.
The GPPDB only includes Clyde Wind Farm Extension (Clyde 2), whilst the BMUs are split into: Clyde Central Windfarm, Clyde North Windfarm, Clyde South Windfarm. To confuse things further thewindpower.net includes Central, North and South Clyde wind farms as well as the extension, for a total of just over 520 MW, matching the total reported by SSE.
The issue is that the GPPDB and BMU ids have no overlap at all, namely the GPPDB has the extension and BMUs have north/south/central.
