Store some items manually in a directory on engr #27

We need to store some items either manually on engr as they are too big for Wordpress to allow uploads.

OSUaerial2012.pdf exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.

roverdisplay.pdf exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.

Aerial Poster 2014.pdf exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.

roverdisplay.pdf exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.

UnderwaterProposal.pdf exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.

2010 Oregon State University Mars Rover CAD Model.PDF exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.

Maybe there is a plugin for large uploads? Or is this an 8mb hard limit for MySQL? I doubt that's the case.

Added large files to wp-content/uploads/2014/09 manually and then added redirects to have them show up via previously available link.
