OSVR Server Startup Crash #453

It looks like the crash is related to logging. I've reproduced this on three different Windows 10 machines. Sometimes it can be reproduced frequently, other times it is harder to reproduce. It sometimes happens with server-autostart, where a 2nd server instance starts up and crashes immediately rather than exiting. But it also occurs sometimes when no server is running initially. To reproduce, try starting the server until it crashes. server_start_crash

Haven't gotten anything useful out of debugging, but I will update with more info.

I have exactly the same issue on Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Sometime it starts, sometime it fails.
